What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Store & Housekeeping Attendant - Wild Adventures Safari Campground position at Wild Adventures?
Although we are accepting applications, the tentative start date will be mid-September.
Essential Functions Statements
- Operate campground store and front desk
- Enter sales into multiple point-of-sale systems
- Book and process reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Handle credit card transactions
- Clean and stock display cases, shelves, and restrooms
- Sell tickets and season passes to Wild Adventures Theme Park
- Interact with guests daily in a positive and informative manner
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Perform general housekeeping items for campground cabins
- Report any unsafe actions or areas and any needed repairs to your team lead/ supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment
Primary work space is an indoor retail space setting; occasionally requires outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to wear appropriate job-specific personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
