Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Project Flow
- Own and manage the marketing intake system — tracking all incoming projects from initiation through execution
- Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Ops
- Enforce campaign tier standards, ensuring each initiative is resourced and treated appropriately for its tier level (Tier 2 vs. Tier 3, etc.)
- Balance workload across marketing coordinators, proactively flagging capacity issues
- Set and track deadlines; lead regular production sync meetings with the Marketing Ops
- Serve as the single point of contact for delivering final assets to all external vendors (print vendors, marketing agencies, media partners, etc.)
- Ensure all files are delivered accurately and on time — no assets leave the department without routing through this role
- Oversee material ordering for events and campaigns
- Own end-to-end execution of in-store events, with direct oversight of coordinators assigned to each event
- Lead logistics for community and trade events, including FFA Conventions, expos, and other external activations
- Manage event checklists, material ordering, booth logistics, shipping coordination, and in-store ticket sales as required
- Translate brand direction (goals, look/feel, messaging defined by the Director of Brand and Category Marketers) into flawless on-the-ground execution
- Directly supervise marketing coordinators, providing day-to-day direction and workload management
- Oversee store communications related to marketing programs
- Administer the donations and sponsorships program, executing against the strategy set by the Director of Marketing Ops
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT OWN:
- Campaign messaging and creative direction
- Vendor marketing strategy
- Distribution strategy
- Creative approval authority
- Brand positioning or campaign ideation
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or events management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward systems, checklists, and process
- Excellent cross-functional communicator — comfortable working with creative, brand, and vendor partners
- Experience with project management tools and marketing calendars
- Events logistics experience, including vendor coordination and on-site execution
- A self-starter who takes ownership and closes the loop without being asked

- This is a full-time, exempt position based at the company's headquarters in Mt. Angel, OR.
- This position is hybrid and requires 1 - 2 days per week in the office.
