As part of Wilbert Funeral Services, we offer services to place memorial headstones, uprights, benches or other monuments within cemeteries. We do this in collaboration with the funeral homes and cemeteries ordering the monuments for families throughout the state of Colorado, including cemeteries in Wyoming and Nebraska. The Monument Administrator is a key position to support our Field Technicians to have efficient routes at locations prepared for their arrival. Verification and receipt of monument inventory into our MMV system. Consolidation of orders into efficient routes for installation. Contacting cemeteries in advance to plan date of installation of Monuments. Verification of orders completed per day by Field Technicians within MMV system. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly. Other administrative support duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or higher Fluent computer skills, Windows, Outlook, Excel Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 100% onsite role in office setting mostly, up to 5% of time outside to check in materials.
