Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Student Services & Support
- Assist students with registration, add/drop, withdrawal, and enrollment verification processes
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Provide guidance on academic policies and procedures
- Process official and unofficial transcript requests
- Maintain and update student records in the Student Information System
- Scan, file, and archive academic documentation
- Verify student enrollment and degree completion
- Support commencement preparation and graduation logistics
- Assist with grade entry support and faculty communications
- Monitor shared inboxes and maintain accurate tracking logs
- Support data cleanup and routine records audits
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service mindset
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative, records management, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Banner database systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a higher education environment
- Familiarity with a Student Information System (SIS)
- Experience handling confidential information
