In addition, the Graduate and Online Enrollment Specialist serves as the recruiter and liaison between the institutions graduate and online programs, and the region’s secondary schools, community colleges and 4-year institutions. Primarily recruiting in Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati and Indianapolis, IN.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the admissions process for Graduate, RISE and Online programs and communicate admissions decisions
- Assists with organizing and facilitating the master’s program’s new student orientation
- Assigns advisees for master’s program
- Responds to inquiries concerning all programs
- Conducts research and generates reports as needed
- Updates the program website, handbooks, and materials with current information
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments with other university personnel
- Serve as the primary recruiter for the graduate, RISE and online programs
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of students and stakeholders
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of students and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in education, preferably at a college or university
- Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends
