ERP SOLUTIONS & APPLICATIONS MANAGER

In 1989, Wikoff’s first continual improvement department was established, adopting a Total Quality Management approach. Over the years, the department has matured and expanded its vision to include not only oversight of the quality management system, but also training programs and employee safety while adopting other improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma.

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking ERP Solutions & Applications Manager to lead the evolution, optimization, and expansion of the organization’s ERP capabilities. This role focuses on roadmap planning, project execution, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive business value.

The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with business acumen and excels at translating operational needs into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and maintain the ERP application roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and investments.
  
  

Projects & Enhancements

• Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure successful delivery.
  
  

Integrations & Architecture

• Design and oversee integrations between ERP and ancillary systems (CRM, BI, manufacturing systems, EDI, etc.).
• Ensure scalable, maintainable architecture and data flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system design and standards.
  
  

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Lead reporting strategy, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and actionable insights.
• Enable self-service reporting and data accessibility.
  
  

Vendor Strategy & Partnerships

• Manage strategic vendor relationships and product direction discussions.
• Evaluate new solutions and technologies.
• Negotiate contracts, licensing, and services.
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging ERP capabilities.
• Champion automation and best practices across departments.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  
  

Change Management & Adoption

• Lead organizational change efforts related to system enhancements.
• Develop communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Ensure users successfully embrace new capabilities and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of ERP implementation, solutions architecture, or applications management experience.
• Proven track record delivering ERP projects and integrations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Experience with reporting tools, BI platforms, and data analytics.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
