Fulfillment Lead
Location: Ogden, UT (On-Site)
Compensation: $20.00–$22.50 per hour (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)

Position Overview
The Fulfillment Lead plays a key role in ensuring every order that leaves our doors is accurate, on time, and packaged to perfection. Beyond keeping daily operations running smoothly, you’ll help design and improve how we do fulfillment by revamping processes, training team members, and finding smarter, faster ways to get great products into customers’ hands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment but also thinks strategically about efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily fulfillment operations, ensuring all orders are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards
- Pack products in a visually pleasing, brand-aligned manner so every order looks great when opened
- Continuously improve workflows, layouts, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Train, mentor, and motivate fulfillment team members
- Track and report performance metrics to management
- Partner with production and inventory teams to forecast and manage order flow
- Maintain an organized, safe, and high-energy work environment
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and implement sustainable fixes
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
- At least 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations (leadership experience preferred)
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation; packages should look as good as they perform
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-driven
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
