What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent - Hilton Bellevue position at Wig Properties LLC?
Thank you for your interest in joining our team at the Hilton Hotel Bellevue as a full-time Front Desk Agent! We are looking for a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individual with exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills to join our Front Desk team.
Duties Include:
- Sell, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Promote hotel facilities and services.
- Calculate bills, collect payments and maintain cash bank according to policies.
- Post charges to guest accounts: room service, food, liquor and telephone.
- The ability to achieve a monthly departmental loyalty program goal, through the promotion of the program.
- Other duties as assigned or as needed to create memorable moments for our guests.
Qualifications Include:
- Knowledge of Bellevue and surrounding city attractions.
- Cash handling with the ability to make change quickly and accurately.
- Typing and 10-key experience helpful
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize well to meet deadlines
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to professionally, courteously and tactfully work with the public and coworkers.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Previous hotel experience not required, but preferred. Previous PEP PMS experience a plus!
