Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team. The Title Processor is responsible for preparing and and processing real estate transactions from contract through closing. This position works closely with attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers to ensure accurate and timely closings. Our office is minutes away from La Crosse and Onalaska. Pay is commensurate with experience. Full-time/Part-time opportunities available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare title commitments and final title policies
- Process and prepare search requests
- Prepare closing statements and research all necessary information for upcoming closings, including payoff requests, association disclosure request, tax and utility information
- Disburse closing funds, delivering/wiring payoffs, depositing Seller proceeds
- Facilitate construction draws, paperwork, disbursements, pictures, etc.
- Monthly Reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with real estate title searches, preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work efficiently, independently, handle deadlines, and work as a member of a team
- Effective interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized
- Focus on customer service
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently

Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
