About the Role:
Endocrine Wellness, a high-performing specialty medical practice in Englewood, NJ, is hiring a Project

You’ll act as the CEO’s operational extension—ensuring tasks are completed fully and correctly, environments are running smoothly, and updates are communicated clearly and consistently.
This is not a strategy or planning role. It’s for a disciplined doer who takes pride in completing assignments start to finish—accurately, quietly, and with integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute task and project assignments from the CEO—from launch to completion with no loose ends
- Conduct daily walk-throughs and site visits to monitor quality, professionalism, cleanliness, and workflows
- Prepare clear, written daily updates summarizing findings, completed tasks, and next steps
- Maintain organized task lists, timelines, trackers, and follow-ups
- Conduct research, make calls, gather information, and prepare materials as needed
- Support operations tasks, vendor coordination, and minor in-office improvements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ask questions when unclear—never guess, assume, or freelance outside of direction
What Success Looks Like:
- Projects and tasks are completed fully, correctly, and on time
- Site issues are identified early and escalated appropriately
- The CEO is kept informed through clear, timely updates
- Information is organized and actionable for leadership
- You earn and maintain trust through accuracy and dependability
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years in project execution, operations, hospitality, executive assistance, or similar roles
- Sharp attention to detail—nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, structured, and process-driven work style
- Calm, professional presence and sound judgment
- Absolute discretion with sensitive information
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—mindset matters more than industry
Who Will Thrive in This Role:
You love crossing items off a list. You quietly fix what’s broken before anyone notices. You don’t need credit—you need clarity. You’re someone who notices the little things, communicates clearly, and follows through every time.
