What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Widger Talent?
Product Manager
Edco | Gilbert, AZ | 100% Onsite | www.edco.net
Since 1954, Edco has designed, developed, and manufactured branded souvenirs and consumer products for leading entertainment, destination, and theme park companies worldwide. We’re a stable, profitable, family-owned business with a tight-knit team and a fully integrated, in-house process.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own the full development cycle for physical consumer products, from concept through production and delivery. What You’ll Do

Own the product development lifecycle for consumer hard goods, from spec to delivery
-
Serve as the primary point of contact with factories, including occasional on-site visits
-
Manage sampling, packaging, costing, and timelines through top-of-production
-
Partner closely with internal design, account management, and operations teams
-
Keep clients and internal portals current on specs, samples, costs, and production status
What We’re Looking For
-
Full-cycle product management experience with physical consumer goods such as toys, accessories, hair accessories, jewelry, or souvenirs
-
A working understanding of manufacturing processes and direct experience with factory visits
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to run multiple projects at once
-
Clear, professional communicator who works well in a collaborative, in-office environment
-
Prior exposure to theme parks, in any capacity, is preferred
