The job:
Serve as a Trusted Point of Contact
Serve as a Trusted Point of Contact
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and ensure they feel valued, informed, and supported
- Conduct proactive client check-ins throughout the onboarding process and beyond
- Coordinate introductions between new clients and their advisory team
- Monitor client satisfaction and help create an exceptional client experience
- Support Referral Partners and New Client Intake
- Serve as an initial point of contact for referral partners
- Monitor inbound referrals and coordinate internal handoffs
- Prepare advisors and support staff with key client information
- Help ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience
Keep the Details Running Smoothly
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on required documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
- Coordinate client appreciation efforts and special touchpoints
- Notify advisors of important client milestones and life events
- Support advisors and team members with client service initiatives and special projects

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting clients in wealth management, legal services, healthcare, case management, hospitality, or other high-touch service environments
- Experience working with individuals navigating trauma, loss, major life transitions, or emotionally sensitive situations
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, DocuSign, and Zoom
