Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will lead complex mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and wastewater projects ranging from $2M to $30M in scope. You will be responsible for overseeing project performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery from start to finish. This includes managing labor projections, coordinating with field management teams, and maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
You’ll participate in project turnover meetings, track progress and financial forecasts, and provide consistent updates to management. Your leadership will ensure quality, safety, and profitability targets are met while fostering collaboration across engineering, field, and customer teams.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or wastewater construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale industrial or municipal installations.
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills with experience tracking budgets, labor, and schedules.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities—able to build trust and maintain positive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- A track record of meeting deadlines in high-demand environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
