This is not a typical desk job. You’ll be the central point of coordination between Delivery Teams, Installers, Plumbers, Customers, Sales Staff, and Vendors—keeping jobs on track and customers informed.
Tasks Include but not limited to:
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls
- Support day-of delivery, installation, and plumbing teams and provide customers with timely follow-up
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate with vendors regarding damaged/defective product
- Act as a cross-functional support hub for multiple departments
- Light administrative work (Excel, price tags, order support)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
? Call center experience and plumbing experience, whether it be a call center or supply house; familiarity with plumbing terminology REQUIRED
? Comfortable multi-tasking – calls/duties & Strong communication & problem-solving skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
? Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
? Strong attendance record

Schedule
- 5 days per week (Monday–Saturday rotation)
- Availability of 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, shift will be determined before start
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $18-19.50/hr
Pay will be determined at time of hiring. Review after 90 days of employment
