Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking a friendly, professional Apartment Concierge to support a residential apartment community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service in a welcoming, front-facing role.
The Apartment Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, helping create a positive living experience while supporting daily front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist residents with packages, access, and general questions
- Monitor lobby/entry areas to maintain a welcoming and secure environment
- Coordinate with property management and staff as needed
- Promote professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Customer service, hospitality, or concierge experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
