You’ll have real ownership over your projects, support from leadership, and the stability of consistent work—all while being part of a team that takes pride in quality, safety, and doing things the right way.Typical ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all daily on-site construction activities, including crews, subcontractors, and schedulesReview and interpret project plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, contracts, and scopes of workMaintain accurate daily job reports, sign-in sheets, and time/quantity trackingDevelop and manage rolling 3-week look-ahead schedules aligned with the CPM master scheduleCoordinate site logistics including layout, staging, rigging, and material deliveriesMonitor field staff, equipment, and productivity to ensure milestones and deadlines are metPerform ongoing quality control inspections; track, document, and resolve deficiencies and punch list itemsSchedule and coordinate required inspections, verifying work completion and readinessEnforce all jobsite safety requirements and company safety policiesOversee project closeout activities, including punch list completion and subcontractor evaluationsTrack and document all time-and-material (T&M) field work, including labor, materials, and equipment usageRequirements4–10 years of hands-on construction field experience, including experience as a SuperintendentStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades on-siteProven ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedulesCommitment to quality, safety, and on-time project deliveryAbility and willingness to travel up to 2 hours as required
