- Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer information, and update sales pipelines
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with potential customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies and marketing initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing product demonstrations when necessary

Skills
