What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lumber Handler position at Wicked Good Forest Products LLC?
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks – clean up work areas throughout the day – stack, sort and handle various size lumber – feed lumber through machine and/or take lumber off from conveyor belt.
Must be able to:
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
· Keep a steady fast pace
· Good hand-eye coordination
· Communication and teamwork skills
· Commitment to safety rules
· Commitment to quality control procedures
· Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
· Must have own transportation
· Be on time and show up to work every day
