Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Portion and organize ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Assemble pizzas and other menu items accurately according to customer orders
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain consistent food quality
- Prepare and package dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen stations
- Restock ingredients, toppings, packaging, and kitchen supplies
- Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, counters, and food preparation surfaces
- Check food quality, freshness, and proper storage
- Assist cooks and kitchen team members during busy service periods
