Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and other ingredients
- Assemble pizzas and menu items according to recipes and customer orders
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems as trained
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, and kitchen supplies
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and service areas
- Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and food preparation surfaces
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage
- Assist kitchen and service staff during busy periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
- Perform additional food service tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous pizza, restaurant, food service, kitchen, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math and payment-handling abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
