Full-Time Surgery Scheduler Call Coordinator
ENT Medical Office Flexible Schedule
The Surgery Scheduler Call coordinator is the first point of contact for the surgery scheduling department. This is a key position in setting expectations for client experience. The Call Coordinator is responsible for answering all surgery scheduling department phone calls, answering patient questions, creating tasks when appropriate, and entering patient information into the electronic medical record in a timely and efficient manner. Will also provide backup support for all Surgery Schedulers. Must be able to handle large volumes of Calls.
