Responsibilities
- Remote Blood Pressure Monitor and analyze patient data to ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist in the interpretation of patient information.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all monitoring activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems to manage patient data effectively.
- Provide support in multilingual communications as needed to enhance patient interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information critically.
