Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Form Carpenters to join our field team. This role is essential to supporting high-quality concrete work while upholding our safety standards, quality expectations, and commitment to on-time project delivery. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills across various aspects of concrete construction while contributing to high-quality concrete projects. Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding work that requires attention to detail and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, install, align, and remove concrete formwork (wood, metal, or prefabricated) for foundations, walls, columns, beams, and slabs
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Install ties, embeds, anchor bolts, reglets, chamfers, rustications, and control joints
- Use laser levels, site levels, and other layout equipment to check and adjust forms for trueness, plumbness, and elevation
- Erect temporary safety structures such as handrails, scaffolding, and ladders
- Collaborate with laborers, finishers, and supervisors during concrete pours to ensure form integrity and quality
- Assist in setting up foundations, walls, slabs, paving and other concrete structures in preparation for concrete placement.
- Assist finishers and laborers during concrete placements
Qualifications
- Experience forming walls, foundations, and other structural concrete required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Experience operating small tools and equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player
- Out-of-town travel is required
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
