**Position Description**

Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Ability to set forms accurately in all concrete applications
  
  

including footings, walls, paving, SOG and sidewalks

• Ability to tie rebar in both horizontal and vertical concrete
  
  

applications

• Assist in placement of concrete pours

**Position Requirements**

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50
  
  

pounds frequently

• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
• Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending,
  
  

kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling

• Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and
  
  

performance.***

Other Considerations

• Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm,
  
  

winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)

• Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job
  
  

site

Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)

• Wire Wheel & Plyers

• 4\' Level
• 10-12 lb. Sledge Hammer
• Rubber Boots
