Main Responsibilities of a Server:
- Taking orders and delivering beverages.

Server Job Description:
Provide a pleasurable dining experience, a good server should be able to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by being friendly, courteous, accommodating, and reliable.
The right person for this job should be able to multitask beverage orders. Our restaurant prides itself in providing excellent service, which is why we are looking for servers who will treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities of a Server:
- Greeting guests.
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
- Upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders using software.
- Delivering beverages in a timely fashion.
- Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
- Able to open and close the restaurant.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
Waiter/Waitress Job Requirements:
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
- Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
Wichita Brewing Company has been locally owned and operated since 2011. We currently have 2 brewpubs, and a production facility that is a top producer in the state of Kansas.
Expanding East, West, & Beyond:
The original brew pub is located on the West side of Wichita. Eventually, it was decided that Wichita needed to be able to get good beer on both sides of town. In 2015 the east side WBC was open for business, but this was not enough. We are always looking for areas to open more brew pubs!
WBC Canning & Distribution:
Eventually Wichita Brewing Company acquired an 18,000 square foot warehouse. This allowed WBC to can, keg, and distribute all throughout KS and 5 additional states.
WBC has built a highly successful business from the ground up and continues to serve up pizza, beer and passion, in equal measure, every single day.
