We are actively seeking Front Desk Coordinators who have a proven track record in sales and thrive in a goal-driven environment. This is not a typical receptionist role—it is a sales role at its core. You must be confident in presenting services, closing memberships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
wHydrate is a medical spa offering IV rehydration therapy and wellness services to an upscale market throughout the Southeast. Our storefront locations provide a relaxing, spa-like experience within premium retail areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and members
- Promote and sell membership packages by understanding all our services and offerings
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
- Represent the facility with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ensure the location is clean, stocked, and welcoming for client arrivals
- Support marketing events and local outreach as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong sales background with demonstrated success (retail, service, fitness, med spa, etc.)
- Outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication skills
- A passion for health and wellness
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- Must be available to work Thursdays
