Key Responsibilities
- Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail and HR-related correspondence
- Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee information
- Respond to employee questions and provide general customer service support
- Assist with employment verifications, filing, scanning, and document management
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, reports, and special projects
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and orientation sessions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous clerical, administrative, or HR support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
