Under general supervision, undertakes, performs and provides a variety of secretarial, clerical, office services and related court reports associated with the operation, functions and coordination of the Court Administration division.

Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Sciences or closely related field AND three (3) years of relevant secretarial, clerical, customer service or closely related experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational and scheduling skills, the ability to work and coordinate with other public agencies, the ability to work in a team environment while being a self-starter. Also requires basic computer knowledge and skill in operating a PC.
