About The Role
Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure to power the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team to build the team, execute against our strategy, and position Whop as the Nike of entrepreneurship. You’ll be overseeing our existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program. The functions you’ll hire for are: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience.
This role will report to the CGO.
Scope
✅ Base salary of $250,000 - $300,000 bonus a competitive equity package

- Take over existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program
- Hire & launch new functions: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience
- Own all data within marketing
- Report progress against strategy to leadership
- Cracked
- Experienced marketing operator (4 years experience B2B or consumer)
- Experience hiring world class talent
- Extremely organized
- Can hold the bar relative to the worlds greatest marketing companies
- Psycho when it comes to execution and getting sh*t done
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail; cares deeply about correctness
- Low-ego, non-performative, and process-driven
- Want to take over the world and are not satisfied with anything other than being the best
- A scrappy, experiment-driven mindset: no task too small, no idea too big
- Within 30 days, you will take over managing the existing team, begin executing against initiatives, and begin hiring.
- Within 60 days, the top prioritized roles have started being filled.
- Within 90 days, you’ve hired for all new roles listed above and are 100% ramped up managing day to day team ops execution.
