About The Role
Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure to power the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We’re looking for someone to own Growth ops and report directly to the CGO. This role is responsible for owning all outcomes within growth, ensuring execution, holding an extremely high bar, and managing the day to day team operations. You’ll be working directly with all of the leads across growth (sales, marketing, account management, and customer support).
You will be the sidekick to the CGO.
Scope
✅ Base salary of $250,000 - $300,000 bonus a competitive equity package

About The Role

- Own all outcomes within Growth. (Build and own the operating cadence - standups, retros, planning cycles)
- Own recruiting pipeline for Growth. (manage recruiters, hiring managers, interview candidates)
- Manage day to day operations for: Sales, account management, marketing, and customer support.
- Manage Growth team budget
- Coach and develop team leads
- First line of escalation for growth team issues before CGO
- Own growth analytics - build and maintain dashboards, deliver daily performance reports to leadership

- A scrappy, experiment-driven mindset: no task too small, no idea too big
- Within 30 days, you've audited all growth teams, identified the biggest gaps, and own the daily/weekly operating cadence.
- Within 60 days, dashboards are rebuilt, daily reporting is live, and underperformers have been addressed or exited.
- Within 90 days, you're fully running growth ops autonomously - CGO only involved in strategy and major decisions.
