About the Team / Role
Wholesome Goods is seeking a talented E-Commerce Project Manager to work within our Project Management team. This role will coordinate between interdepartmental teams to ensure Product Launch projects are completed on time. Project Managers work to ensure Product Launch projects and Interdepartmental Projects are completed on time.
The Project Manager works within the team to develop timelines, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handles Product Launches (20 projects quarterly)
- Interdepartmental Projects (Process Improvements, Team Requests, New Integrations)
- Template/PM Improvement Updates
- New Team Member Asana Training
- Various PM System Trainings
- Oversees a Project Coordinator (if any)
- Manages product updates and updates regularly within Asana
- Works hands-on with Asana or similar project management tools
- Coordinates between multiple teams for product launches and project deadlines
- All other duties as assigned
Key Skills
- Has 2-4 years of Project Management or related experience
- Loves the idea of teaming and working closely with their direct manager on multiple projects
- Is comfortable reporting project progress and proactively handling issues or overcoming barriers as arise
- Create and maintain any project documentation, analytics, or reporting as needed by the direct manager
- Has experience managing Product Launches
- Previous College Education/PM Coursework
- Possess superstar-quality communication and multi-tasking skills
- Has incredible interpersonal and collaborative teaming skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
