We are expanding our merchant services team and looking for a highly competitive Outside Sales Representative to manage the local territory. Daily Responsibilities

  • High-Impact Prospecting: Conduct active, face-to-face field outreach to local small-to-medium businesses daily.
  • Statement Analysis: Evaluate prospective merchant processing statements to execute competitive cost-comparison consults.
  • Close & Onboard: Secure new processing agreements and coordinate hardware deployment for a seamless transition.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain key touchpoints within your territory to maximize client retention and secure your residual health.

Qualifications

  • Background: Minimum of 1 year of outside, B2B, or face-to-face field sales experience. Experience in merchant services, door-to-door (D2D), telecom, or hospitality management is an asset.
  • Elite Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable navigating objections, and capable of building immediate trust with business owners.
  • Internal Drive: The self-discipline required to execute a high-activity daily field schedule without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • Logistics: Must be local to the market, possess a reliable vehicle, and be ready to actively work on the road daily.

Position Details

  • This is an independent contractor agreement (100% commission) with a $0 base salary structure, built specifically for professionals who want their compensation tied entirely to metrics and performance.
  • Daily face-to-face field prospecting is a mandatory requirement for building a successful local book of business.
