What You’ll Do

  • In-Person Prospecting: Introduce yourself to local business owners face-to-face daily to discover their unique business needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Present tailored software, financial, and operational solutions to optimize their business.
  • Close & Onboard: Secure new client accounts and guide them through a smooth setup process.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain local touchpoints with your clients to ensure long-term retention and protect your monthly residuals.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of outside/field sales experience, or at least 2 years of general sales experience (backgrounds in D2D, real estate, or high-volume hospitality excel here).
  • Resilient Mindset: Highly comfortable with cold prospecting, building immediate rapport, and navigating objections.
  • Self-Motivated: Possess an entrepreneurial drive; you don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to get out of bed and hit the pavement.
  • Local Mobility: Must be local to the territory, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work actively on the road daily.

Important Details

  • This is an independent, commission-only position with no base salary. It is uniquely tailored for individuals who want an uncapped financial ceiling rather than a restricted salary safety net.
  • Consistent, daily face-to-face prospecting is required to build a successful portfolio.
