Accounts Receivable Specialist/Manager

Wholesale distributor is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialist/Manager for fast-paced office environment.  Candidate will monitor collection of outstanding invoices, negotiate collection of overdue accounts, and supervise staff members through daily cash receipts processing for multiple locations.

·         Oversee incoming daily customer payments, managing payment discrepancies, and maintaining secure, accurate daily bank deposits

·         Communicate proactively to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while handling collections of past due invoices and account balances

·         Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments

·         Review aging reports to set collection priorities

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities

·         Recruit, hire, train, manage, and evaluate staff members within the Accounts Receivable Department

·         3-5 years of experience in accounts receivables, credit and collections

·         QuickBooks experience
