We are looking for a self-starter who is committed to a team approach to ministry—someone who doesn’t just do the work, but excels at equipping the saints and making disciples.

Responsibilities
As the Pastor of Youth Ministry, you will be the primary architect of a comprehensive, Biblically grounded and Spirit-led program that fosters spiritual growth and community.
- Lead & Teach: Act as the primary preacher/teacher for Sunday services and mid-week gatherings.
- Mentor & Disciple: Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and counseling to students while recognizing and empowering their unique spiritual gifts.
- Equip Volunteers: Recruit, train, and mobilize a team of dedicated volunteer leaders to support events and activities.
- Partner with Families: Engage parents as vital partners in their children’s spiritual journey, maintaining regular communication and leading bi-annual PTA updates.
- Create Experiences: Organize and lead annual highlights including summer retreats, mission trips, and local outreaches.
- Collaborate: Support the wider church mission by assisting with VBS and other kid's ministry events.

- Spiritually Qualified: You meet the leadership qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3, Titus 3, and 1 Peter 5.
- Doctrinally Aligned: You are fully committed to the doctrine, vision, and values of Whole Word Fellowship.
- Relational & Communicative: You have a gift for connecting with students' unique needs and communicating clearly with parents and staff.
- Organized with Vision: You have the ability for event planning, program development, and team coordination.
