Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead our Non profit Human Resources Information System operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS ADP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Compliance, FMLA, OSHA, Recruitment oversight and the hiring processes that are currently being administered through the ADP system. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes through innovative technology solutions and ensure data integrity and other functional systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of HRIS systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee system administration tasks for operating systems including Windows, and others
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture to support HRIS functionalities.
- Implement load balancing strategies using technologies to ensure system availability and performance.
- Administer databases such as HR solutions for HR data management.
- Ensure all HR best practices with compliance daily, monthly and annually.
- Collaborate on solution platforms; manage DevOps pipelines with tools. to ensure streamlining, practacticality and ensure functionality.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations following HR principles; participate in Agile development cycles for continuous improvement for all facets of compliance and all hiring protocol.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications preferred or can be acquired over a specific timeline.
- Extensive knowledge of or advanced understanding with proven record of implementation of HR processes.
- Strong background in database management including data collection and oversite for databases is a plus.
- Experience working within HR modalities and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of and development and integration; familiarity with microservices architecture is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders involved in HR projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives within a dynamic organization while supporting critical HR functions through advanced technology solutions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
