Compensation
- Base hourly rate: $29 to $37/hour (based on pediatric experience)
- Weekly performance bonuses: earn starting at 75% productivity
- Annual bonus potential: up to $17,500/year at top tier
- Flexible schedule groups: Reduced (30 to 32 hrs), Modified (33 to 35 hrs), or Standard (36 to 40 hrs). Bonuses earnable at every group.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
- Assist in conducting therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and strategies
- Help children develop speech and language skills through engaging, play-based activities
- Support assessments and screenings, documenting client progress and observations
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about therapy progress and home strategies
- Work with our interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, COTAs) to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Whole Child Therapy was founded by husband-and-wife occupational therapists Dennis and Ina Necesito with one promise: every family gets the same holistic, effective, caring therapy we'd want for our own children. We offer pediatric OT, speech therapy, feeding therapy, assistive technology, AAC services, and social skills programs across two Inland Empire clinics and school partnerships throughout the IE.
Requirements
- Active California Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Genuine love for working with kids
- Strong communication skills with families, colleagues, and supervising OTRs
- Organization and time-management chops to juggle a caseload and keep documentation current
- Adaptability. Kids are unpredictable. You roll with it.
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
Salary : $300 - $1,000
