Role Description
We are looking to fill two positions. One is for a part-time to full-time, on-site role located in Corona, CA, for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant. The second is for a part-time to full-time on-site role in Chino, CA, with the potential for in-home therapy in the future. Both roles involve assisting Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and preparing materials for sessions. The assistant will work closely with children and their families to support communication goals and contribute to positive therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience with conducting therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Proficiency in documentation and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Passion for working with children and families to promote their development

- Hourly clinical rate, dependent upon experience, from $28-$40/hour
