Position: Site Supervisor
Reports To: Assistant Project Manager (APM), Construction
Location: Field-based / Multi-site
Salary Range: 75K
Role Summary
The Site Supervisor is the on-the-ground leader for Who Brew (a franchise of 7 Brew Coffee) construction projects. This role provides daily field oversight and ensures each modular stand is built safely, on time, and to Who Brew standards. Acting as the bridge between project management and jobsite execution, the Site Supervisor supports subcontractors, monitors progress, and ensures quality and consistency across multiple builds.
This role leads by example and embodies Who Brew’s values through professionalism, accountability, and strong relationships with partners in the field.
Primary Responsibilities
Jobsite Leadership & Coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for Who Brew on assigned projects.
- Provide daily field oversight of subcontractors and vendors.
- Support Assistant Project Managers with real-time jobsite updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects follow approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate on-site activities to maintain workflow and productivity.
Schedule, Budget & Quality Control
- Monitor construction progress and proactively identify risks to schedule or scope.
- Assist in maintaining project budgets through coordination of materials and labor needs.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met across all builds.
- Verify punch list completion prior to turnover.
- Support resolution of scope or field conflicts with subcontractors.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
- Interpret and communicate plans and contract requirements clearly in the field.
- Provide weekly job updates to APM and construction coordinator including progress, schedule updates, and site conditions.
- Return calls and emails by end of business day.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Assistant Project Manager.
- Ensure a consistent and accurate transition between entitlements and construction projects, and construction to operations at every project closeout
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce on-site safety plans and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
- Ensure all subcontractors comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor work practices to protect people, property, and schedule.
Procurement & Logistics
- Assist with material procurement and jobsite deliveries.
- Coordinate sequencing of trades to support installation timelines.
- Ensure materials are staged and available for each phase of construction.
Culture & Brand Representation
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and respect.
- Represent Who Brew professionally with partners, municipalities, and vendors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the subcontractor community.

- Construction experience preferred (modular or retail build experience a plus).
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to travel between job sites.
- Ability to walk jobsites and stand for extended periods.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provides daily direction to subcontractors on-site.
- Supports consistent standards across all Who Brew construction projects.
