We are currently hiring a STAND MANAGER for our upcoming Jackson, MI location and we want YOU to be the face, heart, and spirit of a coffee revolution! A revolution that treats people, well, like people! A place that makes them feel warm, welcome, and worthy – all before they take their first sip of the best drink in town. *This stand is slotted to open in October of 2026. Training would begin in July, if not sooner *

The Stand Manager is the crew's leader and assumes full responsibility for the location's growth and profitability and for preserving 7 Brew's and Brew Horizon's culture, mission, and values. In addition to working scheduled shifts, the Stand Manager is expected to coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $55,000.00 per year
