Center Director – NECPA-Accredited Preschool

Salary: $45,000 – $62,400 annually

Accreditation (NECPA), a nationally recognized body promoting excellence in early childhood

education. We are seeking a mission-driven Preschool Center Director to lead operations, elevate

program quality, and support a high-performing team.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Direct center operations ensuring compliance with DCF, NECPA, VPK, and ELC.

• Lead recruitment, coaching, evaluations, and staff development.

• Oversee curriculum fidelity, VPK assessment cycles, and instructional quality.

• Manage enrollment growth, tuition oversight, budgeting, and operational systems.

• Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.

• Build strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Florida Director’s Credential (Advanced preferred)

• 2–5 years leadership experience in a licensed preschool

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and early learning quality systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
