Position Summary
The Guest Relations Associate is the first point of contact for brides, families, and vendors. This role ensures that every guest receives exceptional service from their initial inquiry through their appointment and beyond. Acting as the "face" of Whittington Bridal, the Guest Relations Associate plays a key role in creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival to the boutique.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process for appointments, ensuring timely and efficient flow of guests.
- Follow the established stylist rotation when assigning brides to ensure fairness and smooth operations.
- Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm bridal appointments, fittings, and events.
- Assist brides with understanding the appointment process, store policies, and upcoming promotions/events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and guest waiting area.
- Support stylists by preparing fitting rooms and pulling accessories or gowns as needed.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit.
- Manage beverage service (water, champagne, etc.) for appointments as appropriate.
- Contribute to event preparation and execution for trunk shows, VIP appointments, or special events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or guest-facing customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury boutique setting.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and email communication a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time or full-time position; Saturday availability required.
- Competitive hourly rate plus potential performance-based incentives.
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
