Position Overview
The Marketing & Client Relations Associate will serve as a vital bridge between the firm and its clients, helping to cultivate strong relationships while developing and executing marketing initiatives that support brand growth and client engagement. Key Responsibilities
Client Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Coordinate and support client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing communication efforts.
- Assist with client events, webinars, and appreciation initiatives.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support client reporting logistics.
Marketing
- Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media).
- Draft and edit client communications, newsletters, and educational content.
- Help manage the firm’s website and social media presence, ensuring content is up to date and brand-aligned.
- Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
- Actively engage in contacting prospective clients.
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and meeting preparation for advisors.
- Maintain compliance with all marketing and communications-related regulatory requirements (in partnership with compliance team).
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, designers, web developers) as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, client service, or communications—preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail), email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with compliance guidelines in financial marketing is a plus.
- Ability to market directly to prospective clients.
