- Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Design and deliver orientation programs for new staff members, incorporating introductions to our facilities, policies, and procedures
- Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to address specific topics, such as medication administration, wound care, and infection control
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for program improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and consistency in training and education
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a registered nurse
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Rhode Island
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary : $104,000 - $114,400
