- Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staff management, scheduling, and patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other nursing staff members
- Monitor and report on unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers
- Participate in oncall weekend rotation
- Current RN license and certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting
