What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to ensure high-quality care
- Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
- Active California LVN license
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
