- Transport residents to and from activities as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Assist with maintaining activity calendars and documentation
- Support residents' emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being
- Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, caregiving, or senior care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, energetic, and dependable
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is a plus
