Requirements
As a part of the Dining Team, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service to our residents and guests.
- Provide support to all dining venues including The Pub, Bistro and Center Stage Restaurant.
- Provide table side service at Center Stage .
- Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and inviting
- Knowledge of Menu items and ingredients.
- Attend to all guest needs, allergies, special dietary requests
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Show teamwork within front/ back of house.
- Consistently demonstrate a passion for food and hospitality.
- Have the ability to learn and address the residents by their names.
- Assist with dishwashing and food preparation, when needed.
- Assist with set up and break down of special events.
- Provide service at special events.
Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience in the food or hospitality industry or a strong customer service background.
- The ability to be adaptable to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Ability to work a variety of different hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary : $17 - $18
