We’re looking for a self-motivated Office Manager/Administrative Team Lead for our primary office location to oversee daily office operations and lead our administrative team. This is a dual-role, focused on providing holistic support for the employee experience and managing the administrative support across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive office management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of administrative functions within a professional environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization by managing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Candidate Profile
Preferred Requirements:
- Positive and professional communication skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and assist multiple employees at once
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems (Google Workspace), and other SaaS
- Time management skills: Effectively managing workload and completing tasks efficiently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching for extended periods
Experience & Expertise:
- 2 years of experience working in an office environment
- 2 years of experience as an Associate Google Workspace Administrator (or equivalent)
- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred
This is a full time, non-exempt position.
The position reports to the Human Resources Manager/Safety & Compliance Officer
This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.
The position's primary work location will be East Hampton, New York.
