As an Technology Implementation Specialist, your role involves assisting in the implementation of processes, offering technical guidance, and defining system scope and objectives in alignment with the firm's business plan and industry standards. Your responsibilities include planning, designing, developing, implementing, and executing technology and system integration in an architectural and engineering context. You will support leadership and employee development initiatives aimed at enhancing performance, building organizational capabilities, and adopting best practices throughout the firm. Additionally, you will actively research, design, and implement effective learning and communication methods to educate, enrich, and acknowledge technology expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Consult closely with leadership and employees to understand their priorities and challenges; define gaps, needs and firm issues; and propose, plan, implement and execute solutions to address them.
- Design and support programs, workshops, and events, for the introduction of new processes.
- Design and develop materials for employee development including change initiatives, educational resources, seminar content, performance objectives, and facilitator’s guides.
- Research and/or design technology solutions to meet client/business needs.
- Plan, perform and analyze requirements of project definition, design, development, and implementation of new and innovative tools to optimize business processes.
- Ensure successful integration and compatibility of new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve and test to get a project done in a timely manner.
- Work close with architects, engineers, IT, programmers, and consultants to develop on the best platform for a project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading or supporting implementation change management.
- Understanding of networks, storage, enterprise security, database frameworks.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diverse individual at all levels of the firm.
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong background in conducting organizational assessments and diagnostics.
- Ability to present complex ideas in a clear concise manner to non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and committee.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours.
- Must be a US Citizen
Applicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:
- Experience in development and support of Microsoft Products i.e., SharePoint, Teams
- Experience in programming with C#, VB, Java, Python, or other languages.
- Building and maintaining web enabled applications and system interfaces.
- Exposure to programming.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
